HOW DO I START SERVICES?
Call us to schedule a Free Home Assessment with our registered nurse. We will develope your Care Plan, notify your physician and assign a caregiver.
WHAT IF I AM DISPLEASED WITH MY CAREGIVER?
In the event a client is displeased with a particular caregiver, you can request a replacement at any time.
ARE YOUR SERVICES SUPERVISED?
Yes. Our registered nurses perform assessments and supervisory visits. Our patient care coordinator will also keep in touch with clients to be certain that our caregivers are on time and performing the assigned tasks according to the plan of care.
WILL YOU CONTACT MY DOCTOR?
Our patient care coordinator will be the liaison between the patient and the doctor’s office to ensure we are up to date with all the doctors’ orders and care plan.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT ACTIVATING AND PROCESSING MY INSURANCE?
Someone form our billing department will contact your insurance company to activate and process the necessary claims form.
CAN I PAY FOR SERVICES WITH A CREDIT CARD OR PAY ON LINE?
Generally, you will be billed for services monthly. You have the options of making payment by check or credit card. For further convenience, you can also pay on-line with a major credit card. |
